A traditional Swiss holiday treat packed with roasted walnuts, pecans, almonds, candied pineapple, orange peel, dates, and raisins, surrounded by a moist butter cake soaked in the finest rum and brandy.  

We've made this winter holiday classic for decades but 2020 marked the start of an innovative recipe that provides an increased fresh burst of flavor.
Altogether the process of making our fruitcake takes up to 2 months but the extra time and labor are worth it; The resulting treat is loaded with the perfect balance of holiday flavor and spice.

INGREDIENTS:

Eggs, Flour, Butter (Milk), Raisins, Cherries, Sugar, Vanilla, Almonds, Pecans, Walnuts, Candied Orange Peel, Candied Lemon Peel, Almond Paste, Cornstarch, Inverted Sugar.

Contains eggs, flour, milk, almonds, pecans and walnuts. No peanuts on premises. No preservatives. 

Enjoy at room temperature within a few weeks of purchase.
Store at room temperature or refrigerator based on your preference.

About

The process of making our fruitcake begins in the fall at the beginning of October each year. We mix dried and candied fruits with brandy, rum, and simple syrup. The mixture soaks for several weeks to absorb the maximum amount of flavor. We then mix in batter (flour, butter, eggs, sugar, and spices) and bake it in the oven. After it's done baking, we soak the cake with more rum and brandy blended with in-house candied fruit syrup and let it sit for a few more weeks so that the liquor permeates throughout the cake.

Altogether the process of making our fruitcake takes up to 2 months but the extra time and labor are worth it; The resulting treat is loaded with the perfect balance of holiday flavor and spice.
