Made by hand from start to finish using pure cane sugar, these delicate, buttery sea salt caramels were created by third-generation René Bollier using an old-world Swiss method. They are caramelized to just the right temperature to attain an exquisite silky texture, then Fleur de Sel, a hand-harvested sea salt from France, is added to achieve the ideal balance of salty and sweet. The caramel is hand-deposited into individual molds then gently coated in Swiss milk or dark chocolate. A foodie favorite.
