These dark chocolate orange peels have become a favorite among our selection of chocolates.
After we make fresh-squeezed orange juice for our Tea Room & Café, we use the peels to create this luxurious confection. The peels are candied in-house to ensure a maximum burst of flavor.
What's the process? The peels are immersed in salt water to soften their form, candied in simple syrup to preserve the peel and add sweetness, then covered in our signature Swiss dark chocolate.
