Salt of the Swiss Alps + Chocolate Caramels



Our classic, soft caramels are now available blended with Swiss alpine salt! 

Using an old-world Swiss technique, each caramel is made by hand from the beginning stirs of the liquid caramel to the final sprinkle of salt on top.

High-quality butter, sugar and cream are slowly cooked to just the right temperature to achieve their trademade silky texture. The caramel mixture is combined with SEL DES ALPES' salt of the Swiss Alps, hand-deposited into molds and gently coated with our signature Swiss milk or dark chocolate. The resulting confection is delicate yet buttery rich and the perfect balance of sweet and savory flavor in every bite.

Sugar, Cream, Dark Chocolate (Cocoa Beans, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Sunflower Lecithin, Madagascar Vanilla), Butter (Milk), Salt, Cream of Tartar.
