Shipped orders are sent at the beginning of each week to avoid the risk that items could sit in the courier’s warehouse and face extreme changes in temperature. Polar insulation will be included if necessary.

- We are unable to ship outside of the U.S.
- Orders may be placed for future shipping dates.
- No signature is required to receive your package.
- Once your order is finalized, you will receive an email with tracking information. We suggest monitoring your tracking info + retrieving your package once it arrives (to avoid heat/sun exposure)*
- Our Quiche and Swiss Cheese Fondue are only available to ship during the cold weather months and are "Pickup Only" during the warm weather months.
*Important Information Regarding Shipping to Warm Regions
In warm weather months, or when shipping to a warm-weather destination, our system will require you to choose options that automatically include a cold pack. As temperatures cool, shipping options will default to no cold pack needed.
Price per destination:
UPS Ground: $19 - May not be available to all destinations in warmer months
UPS 2-Day : $40 - Recommended when shipping to/from 80+ degree temps
UPS Overnight: $60 - Recommended when shipping to/from 80+ degree temps
