Orders are shipped at the beginning of each week to avoid a risk that your chocolates could sit in the courier’s warehouse and face extreme changes in temperature.
Please note:
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes
- Order can be placed for future shipping dates
- No signature is required to receive your package
- Quiche and Fondue orders ship on Mondays to arrive by the end of the week
- Once your order is finalized, we will email you tracking information
- We suggest monitoring your tracking information and retrieving the package once it arrives so that it doesn't sit out in the sun*
*Important Information Regarding Shipping to Warm Regions
In warm weather months, or when shipping to a warm-weather destination, our system will allow you to choose options that include a cold pack, or will default to the cold pack option. As temperatures cools, shipping options will default to no cold pack needed.

UPS Ground: $15
UPS Ground with Polar: $17-19 - Recommended when shipping to/from 60-80 degree temps
UPS 2 Day with Polar: $40 - Recommended when shipping to/from 80+ degree temps
