As Kansas City hosts the international matches this summer, we wanted to do what we do best: honor the moment with food.🌎⚽
We set out to commemorate the eight nations staying and playing in KC and thought, what better arena than our signature quiche? From there, we got to work, carefully selecting one ingredient to represent each country. The result is something we're truly proud of: The Global Goal Quiche.
This quiche unites flavors from around the globe, with warm spice from harissa and herbaceous brightness from chimichurri, layered with the sweet, nutty flavor of alpine cheese, smoked ham, and sweet pineapple, softened by tender leeks and red onions, all lifted by fresh parsley and folded into our signature custard, baked in a buttery pie shell until GOALden brown.

STORAGE:
Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.
REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
Return to room temperature. Preheat oven and heat at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
