Shipping Information, Refunds + Privacy Policies

We strive to make the world’s best chocolate and want you to experience our luxury products the same way our customers enjoy them in Kansas City. Every product you purchase will be shipped absolutely fresh and of the highest quality. 

Shipping

Orders are shipped at the beginning of each week to avoid a risk that your chocolates could sit in the courier’s warehouse and face extreme changes in temperature. 

Please note:

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes
  • We are unable to ship outside of the U.S.
  • Orders may be placed for future shipping dates
  • No signature is required to receive your package
  • Once your order is finalized, you will receive an email with tracking information. We suggest monitoring your tracking info + retrieving your package once it arrives (to avoid heat/sun exposure)*
  • Our Quiche and Swiss Cheese Fondue are only available to ship during the cold weather months and are "Pickup Only" during the warm weather months

 

*Important Information Regarding Shipping to Warm Regions

Chocolate should melt in your mouth, not in transit. When shipping to/from areas of warm weather (when temperatures exceed 70° around the time of delivery), please select an express polar shipping option. 

Our system will allow you to choose options that include a cold pack, or will default to the cold pack option. As temperatures cool, shipping options will default to no cold pack needed.

Price per destination:
UPS Ground: $15 
UPS Ground with Polar: $17-19 - Recommended when shipping to/from 60-80 degree temps
UPS 2 Day with Polar: $40 - Recommended when shipping to/from 80+ degree temps

UPS Overnight with Polar: $60 - Recommended when shipping to/from 90+ degree temps

Yellow - should arrive the day after it leaves us
Brown - 2 days after
Green - 3 days after, & Red 4 days after

Please double check all addresses provided. Additional fees may be added for any addresses deemed incorrect or incomplete by the shipping carrier. 


 

Refunds

We are not responsible for broken/melted/unattended/lost/stolen packages.

Products cannot be returned. All items from our stores are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective. Items that are determined to be defective may be eligible for a full or partial refund upon inspection from our customer service team.

 

Privacy

We are committed to respecting your needs for protection and management of the personal information you share with us. We do not share consumer information with any third party.

You may sign up for our email newsletters (below or at the time of your online order). You can opt out at any time via the "unsubscribe" feature (listed at the bottom of each mailing).
