Chocolate should melt in your mouth, not when it's shipped. When shipping to/from areas of warm weather (with temperatures above 70° F during transit or delivery), please select an Express Polar option—2-Day or Overnight. (Our system will allow you to choose options that include a Polar pack, or will default to the Polar pack option. As temperatures cool, options will default to no Polar pack needed.)

UPS Ground: $15
UPS Ground Polar: $19 - Recommended when shipping to/from 60-70° F temps
UPS 2 Day Polar: $40 - Recommended when shipping to/from 70-80° F temps
UPS Overnight Polar: $60 - Necessary when shipping to/from 80° F and above

Yellow - should arrive the day after it leaves us
Brown - 2 days after

Products are subject to availability. Advance ordering is recommended, especially during the busy winter holiday season. You may choose a later "Shipping" or "Store Pickup" date on the "Shopping Cart" page before checkout.
Please note that special and high volume orders (such as corporate gifts) placed after November 1st cannot be guaranteed to arrive by Christmas.
We are not responsible for broken/melted/unattended/lost/stolen packages.
Products cannot be returned. All items from our stores are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective. Items that are determined to be defective may be eligible for a full or partial refund upon inspection from our customer service team.
