About

We make the sticks by first roasting almonds and hazelnuts, then add our signature creamy caramel sauce made in a copper kettle, and when ready the two are combined with our in-house candied orange peel, butter, cream, and local raw honey. When cooled, the mixture is hand-rolled into individual sticks then covered in our signature Swiss milk or dark chocolate.

Our chocolatiers take time to focus on every detail to ensure that each stick has the perfect amount of buttery caramel, mouth-watering orange peel, and fresh roasted crunchy nuts. Handmade from start to finish, it's a labor-intensive process focused on achieving unique confectionery perfection.
