Each behind-the-scenes tour 
includes areas of our bakery, decorating stations, 
chocolate packaging and production.

Requirements: 

-Minimum of 15 and maximum of 20 people per tour
All participants MUST:
- purchase a tour date selection below
- be 12 or over
-note that allergens (including flour, milk, eggs, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, pecans, pistachios and walnuts) are produced throughout the facility
- be able to walk and navigate stairs easily
- be able to stand throughout the 1-hour duration
- wear closed-toed shoes & hair restraints (hats, bandanas, hair nets, etc.)
- arrive promptly at 9:15 AM before the tour begins

Tours will be led by René Bollier, grandson of founders André and Elsbeth. René began his training at age 11 under his family’s supervision and continued his culinary training at some of the top pastry shops in Switzerland. He and his wife Nancy returned to Kansas City in 2002 to lead the family business into the third generation, working to expand the brand nationally while remaining focused on the local community and long-standing tradition of producing only the highest quality confections using old-world methods and family recipes.
