A seasonal quiche with a decadent savory and sweet flavor profile created in collaboration with local cheese maker, Green Dirt Farm, using their alpine style, Prairie Tomme cheese.
Inspired by the traditional Swiss dish, Älplermagronen, we’ve combined their award-winning cheese with blanched cubed potatoes, caramelized onions & roasted apples, key ingredients that were available to herdsmen keeping an eye on their cows grazing on the Alpine pastures.
A hearty dish perfect to warm up to during the cold of winter.
Orders must be received by February 27.

A collaboration with Edelbrand Pure Distilling, a family-owned and operated distillery located in the heart of Missouri producing single-batch spirits made in the Swiss tradition, crafted by hand to bring out the pure essence of each fruit.
Our Brandy-Soaked Cherry Bonbons are made using this award-winning, Artisanal Cherry Brandy.
Cherries are immersed in brandy, surrounded by cherry brandy fondant, and encased in a Swiss dark chocolate shell.
