Can this be e-mailed to someone?
No - this gift certificate is hand-written and will be sent via US Mail to the shipping address entered at checkout. Please see the Online Gift Card for an email gift option.
When will it be sent in the mail? Typically within 1-2 business days. Once the order is processed, we will send the card in an envelope, to the recipient address provided, via USPS (United States Post Office) mail.
Please note:
Ship date options are provided at checkout for products throughout our site but since this product is unique and will be delivered through the United States Post Office, it will be mailed out once the order is processed. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing.
Can this be used at one of the two André's locations?
Yes! This certificate can be used at either KC area location for dining, baked goods, and chocolates.
Can this be used online?
No - this can only be redeemed for shipping orders by surrendering it in person. Our Online Gift Cards enable gift recipients to use/purchase/ship online/through our website.
Will this certificate expire?
No - there is no expiration date for our In-Store Gift Certificates! If there is a remaining balance after using it, the amount will be adjusted on the card for future use (no change will be given).

For items that cannot be shipped, please select store pick-up at one of our two KC area locations.
Shipped orders are sent at the beginning of each week to avoid the risk that items could sit in the courier’s warehouse and face extreme changes in temperature. Polar insulation will be included if necessary.

*Important Information Regarding Shipping to Warm Regions
In warm weather months, or when shipping to a warm-weather destination, our system will require you to choose options that automatically include a cold pack. As temperatures cool, shipping options will default to no cold pack needed.
Price per destination:
UPS Ground: $19 - May not be available to all destinations in warmer months
UPS 2-Day : $40 - Recommended when shipping to/from 80+ degree temps
UPS Overnight: $60 - Recommended when shipping to/from 80+ degree temps
