A collection of butter cookies and meringues that offers a world of flavor experiences with all-natural fruit fillings, crunchy roasted nuts, rich chocolate ganache, delicious almond paste and more.
Each is made in a traditional Swiss fashion using pure ingredients and classic recipes just as founder André Bollier learned to make them while training as a master pastry chef in Switzerland.
The handmade assortment changes according to the season, but the selection is always a winner.
