Signature Milk | covered in powdered sugar
The Swiss invented milk chocolate. Its distinct flavor, a result of extended “conching”, evenly distributes cocoa butter while promoting flavor development. Conching creates heat that caramelizes the sugars, giving our proprietary blend of 34% milk chocolate a distinct caramel taste and a smooth, creamy texture.

A twist on the classic that brings the sweet crunch of our chocolate almonds together with pure alpine salt, straight from the heart of the Swiss mountains. Expertly blended into our decadent dark chocolate, this unique salt creates the perfect balance of sweet and savory flavor in every bite.

Our proprietary blend of 60% dark chocolate uses all-natural vanilla and cocoa beans from two of the most premier growing regions in the world: Ghana and Venezuela. The chocolate is made using extended conching times to round out the naturally occurring flavors as well as to release volatiles and acids so that the focus is on the cocoa notes, creating a rich yet balanced flavor profile.

Extra Dark | covered in a dark cocoa powder
The most intense flavor of them all. This chocolate is created with 80% single origin cocoa using only rare and delicate Criollo beans from Venezuela. Unlike chocolate that uses a blend of beans, the single source allows you to taste the distinct flavor created by the climate, soil, and trees of its origin. It is exceptionally well balanced and uniquely smooth, with bold flavor minus the astringency commonly experienced with extra dark chocolate. What’s more, its high cocoa content is rich in antioxidants and boasts heart-healthy benefits.

The cocoa we use in our chocolate is non-GMO, fairly traded, ethically sourced and sustainably grown. We work with partners who carefully select the best beans from around the world, and our partners work in close cooperation with farmers to ensure quality, transparency, safety, fair and sustainable practices.

Enjoy within a few months of purchase. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight.
We roast our fresh nonpareil almonds to a golden brown. While they are roasting in a large copper kettle, we add sugar to create a thin caramelized shell around each almond, giving them just the perfect amount of crunch. We then mix the almonds with powdered sugar then place them in revolving pans (like a big cement mixer). As they spin, we drizzle in chocolate. The almonds collect more and more chocolate as they roll. As the mixer spins, it rounds out the chocolate to give an even coating to each almond. This intensive process ensures that each almond has the ultimate amount of crunch and decadent chocolate coating.
When we first opened, André mixed our Chocolate Almonds by hand. He joked that they were perfectly coated only when his arm felt like it was going to fall off—a little family measure of tradition that still makes us smile.
André’s son, Marcel, introduced the panning method we use today, which he learned while training as a pastry chef in Switzerland.
