Our chocolatiers airbrush individual chocolate molds with red and white cocoa butter then hand cast them to create a hollow dark chocolate shell. We then fill each shell with fondant that has been blended with kirsch, and submerge a kirsch soaked cherry in the fondant mixture before sealing it off with a final layer of our signature 60% dark chocolate.
This product previously featured Artisanal Cherry Brandy by Edelbrand Pure Distilling, a family-owned and operated distillery located in the heart of Missouri, producing single-batch spirits made in the Swiss tradition, but the owners retired and Edelbrand closed for business December 2025.
