A twist on the classic that brings the sweet crunch of our chocolate almonds together with pure alpine salt, straight from the heart of the Swiss mountains. Expertly blended into our decadent dark chocolate, this unique salt creates the perfect balance of sweet and savory flavor in every bite.

Signature Dark
Our proprietary blend of 60% dark chocolate uses all-natural vanilla and cocoa beans from two of the most premier growing regions in the world: Ghana and Venezuela. The chocolate is made using extended conching times to round out the naturally occuring flavors and to release volatiles and acids so the focus is on the cocoa notes, creating a rich yet balanced flavor profile.

Extra Dark
The most intense flavor of them all. This chocolate is created with 80% single origin cocoa using only rare and delicate Criollo beans from Venezuela. Unlike chocolate that uses a blend of beans, the single source allows you to taste the distinct flavor created by the climate, soil, and trees of its origin. It is exceptionally well balanced and uniquely smooth, with bold flavor minus the astringency commonly experienced with extra dark chocolate. What’s more, its high cocoa content is rich in antioxidants and boasts heart-healthy benefits.
