Dark Chocolate (Cocoa Beans, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Sunflower Lecithin, Madagascar Vanilla), Cherries, Sugar, Cherry Brandy, Corn Syrup, Water, Cocoa Butter Color (Cocoa Butter, Titanium Dioxide, Red 40).

Our chocolatiers airbrush individual chocolate molds with red and white cocoa butter then hand cast them to create a hollow dark chocolate shell. We then fill each shell with fondant that has been blended with Edelbrand's Artisanal Cherry Brandy, and submerge a cherry brandy soaked cherry in the fondant mixture before sealing it off with a final layer of our signature 60% dark chocolate.

Edelbrand Pure Distilling is family-owned and operated distillery located in the heart of Missouri. They produce single-batch spirits made in the Swiss tradition, crafted by hand to bring out the pure essence of each fruit. Their Artisanal Cherry Brandy (“Kirsch”) with notes of rose petals and almond is made with fresh Bing cherries out of Washington state. Coming from the most fragile of whole fruit mashes, this dry spirit is instantly warming and deeply satisfying.
