This product is produced using premium Criollo cocoa beans, a rare delicacy, grown by a family that has been active cacao farmers in the region of Sur del Lago, Venezuela for generations. This chocolate is created with 80% cocoa using only beans from this area which, unlike chocolate that uses a blend of beans, allows you to taste the distinct flavor created by the climate, soil, and Criollo cocoa trees of the individual region.
As we take each step in the chocolate-making process seriously, from the cocoa plantation to your taste buds, we strive to maintain the highest standards in all of our processes from start to finish. We work with partners who carefully select the best cocoa beans. Our partners work directly with cocoa farmers to ensure safe, fair and sustainable trading practices.
