Tour details:
Arrive 10 minutes prior to your tour.
Tours begin promptly at 9:30 and last approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Participants may bring small purses that can be worn close to the body. Large bags and backpacks are not permitted.
Please note that while we do not use peanuts in our products, our facility does process common allergens, including wheat (flour), milk, eggs, and a variety of tree nuts such as almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, pecans, pistachios and walnuts.
Tour dates will be marked as "unavailable" once the maximum number of 20 guests have enrolled for that day’s tour.
Tickets are non-refundable for guests who do not attend the event without prior notice. We are unable to offer credits or rescheduling options for no-shows.
