Our newest creation in collaboration with local KC distillery, J. Rieger & Co.
A Swiss twist on the old-fashioned bourbon ball. These gourmet candies include the classic ingredients of pecans, bourbon and dark chocolate plus ground almonds and our signature Swiss white chocolate. The combinations allows for a boozy chocolate that's bourbon forward while highlighting the stellar combination of bourbon and pecans.
The candies are made using Rieger's steller Straight Bourbon Whiskey. This unique sweet mash bourbon is made using a two-step distillation process that leverages both their pot still and column still to create a whiskey with the ultimate mouthfeel and texture, heightening richness and depth, barreled for at least four years for maximum character and layer of flavors.

We stay true to the roots of the traditional bourbon ball with the classic ingredients of pecans, bourbon and dark chocolate but add in almonds to round out the flavor and white chocolate for a rich, creamy sweetness with notes of vanilla.
We combine fresh ground roasted almonds, pecans, sugar and local raw honey, then add bourbon soaked roasted pecans blended with our signature Swiss white chocolate.
The white chocolate acts to bind the ingredients (as opposed to using corn syrup) and gives the confection stability, enabling us to add even more bourbon.
We top the confection with more fresh roasted pecans and enrobe it twice in our signature Swiss dark chocolate.
