This creamy vinaigrette is not your typical American French Dressing. It’s the Swiss version, known as Franzosische Salatsauce or French Salad Sauce.
Created by founder Elsbeth Bollier in 1955, it is exquisite in salads as well as an accompaniment or inclusion to many of your classic recipes.

Shipped orders are sent at the beginning of each week to avoid the risk that items could sit in the courier’s warehouse and face extreme changes in temperature. Polar insulation will be included if necessary.
*Important Information Regarding Shipping to Warm Regions
In warm weather months, or when shipping to a warm-weather destination, our system will require you to choose options that automatically include a cold pack. As temperatures cool, shipping options will default to no cold pack needed.

UPS Ground: $19 - May not be available to all destinations in warmer months
UPS 2-Day : $40 - Recommended when shipping to/from 80+ degree temps
UPS Overnight: $60 - Recommended when shipping to/from 80+ degree temps
