In a shaker, add ice, Five Farms Irish Cream, and 360 Double Chocolate Vodka. Shake until chilled and serve in a martini glass. Garnish with André's Chocolate shavings.
Brew coffee in French press or coffee maker. Chill and blend with Five Farms Irish Cream (and 360 Vanilla Vodka if desired). Serve over ice.
Steam milk. In a mug, combine Irish Cream and coffee. Add pre-steamed milk. Top with cocoa powder.
Pour milk into a pot over medium heat. Bring to a simmer. Blend in André's Hot Chocolate. Whisk until melted completely. Pour into a mug and top with Five Farms Irish Cream. (Bonus: Top with lightly sweetened Whipped Cream.)
1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 Tbsp Creme Fraiche, Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
3 Tbsp Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Lemon Zest, Finely Grated
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp Five Farms Irish Cream Liqueur
Whip cream with whisk (ideally in the bowl of an electric mixer using whisk attachment). When the cream starts to thicken, add creme fraiche, sugar, lemon zest, vanilla & Irish Cream. Whip until stiff peaks form.
Top on berries, tortes, coffee, hot chocolate or use for dipping cookies.
Option 1 - Heat on the stove: Add Irish cream + butter to a heavy cast iron or ceramic pot. Turn to low-medium heat (to avoid burning) and stir. Bring to a simmer. Turn off heat, add chocolate and mix gently. Turn heat on low to assist in melting if needed. Mix until chocolate is smooth.
Option 2 - Heat in the microwave: Add Irish cream, butter + chocolate to a microwave safe bowl. Heat on low (to avoid burning) for 30 second intervals for 2-4 minutes, stirring at each interval, until chocolate is smooth.
Serve immediately: Place over a heating element on low heat (to avoid burning the chocolate), stirring intermittently, and dip your choice of accoutrements with long-handle forks or skewers.
