This proprietary blend uses 60% cocoa with beans from two of the most premier growing regions in the world: Ghana and Venezuela.
It is created using an extended conching period to release the volatiles and acids so that the focus is on the cocoa notes. The resulting chocolate, made with all-natural vanilla, boasts a rich yet balanced flavor profile with notes of blueberry, dried plum, coffee, and black tea.
The 3.5 oz full size bar has break-away squares + a resealable sticker.
