Our signature blend of 60% dark chocolate in bar form with break-away squares and a resealable sticker.

This proprietary blend of dark chocolate uses beans from two of the most premier growing regions in the world: Ghana and Venezuela. It is created using a traditional Swiss method of extended conching to release the volatiles and acids so that the focus is on the cocoa notes. The resulting chocolate, made with all-natural vanilla, boasts a rich yet balanced flavor profile with notes of blueberry, dried plum, coffee, and black tea.
