In June of 2021, we collaborated with The Roasterie and the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art to release our first in a series of Art Inspired Chocolate and Coffee. Inspired by iconic works in the collection of The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, we created chocolates to correspond with custom coffee blends from The Roasterie for an all-encompassing sensory experience of food, drink, and art. Ranging from calm to dramatic, the products emulate a ballet of ingredients to coincide with world-class pieces of art. The chocolates and coffee are intended to be enjoyed together alongside the corresponding art to be transported to the world in which each artist created.
We are grateful to consistently garner praise for André’s Signature Blend Roasterie Coffee for its well-balanced flavor profile, created with air-roasted beans.
The popularity of our Chocolate and Coffee Mini Bars and specialty desserts such as our Tiramisu Torte are partially attributable to The Roasterie coffee we integrate.
