Vol au Vent

Diced chicken breast and mushrooms in a seasoned bechamel sauce (in a puff pastry shell - tearoom service) or (over rice to go service) served with buttered green beans and your choice of 1 side

Lasagna

Blend of Italian Sauce and ground beef layered between four layers of pasta served with your choice of 2 sides

Shrimp Entrée Salad

Grilled shrimp served on a bed of romaine lettuce, mixed greens, red onions, black olives, tomatoes, artichoke hearts and a hard-boiled egg with a side of Andre’s salad dressing.

Sandwiches: Turkey/Gruyere Cheese -or- Ham/Gruyere Cheese on Zopf

All sandwiches are served with a thin layer of butter and a spread of mayonnaise. Served with your choice of three sides or half the entrée salad without the protein. (Romaine lettuce, mixed greens, red onions, black olives, tomatoes, artichoke hearts and a hard-boiled egg with a side of Andre’s salad dressing.) 

Quiche Lorraine and Cheese Pies Served Daily
Lorraine: Delight in a creamy egg sauce baked with Gruyère and Emmental cheeses, crispy bacon, and sweet onions. Served with 2 sides.

Cheese Pie: Enjoy a delicious blend of Gruyère and Emmental cheeses baked in a creamy egg sauce. Served with 2 sides.

Sides:  Green Salad, Carrot Salad, Cucumber Salad, Sliced Beets

Thank you for attending our final lunch at André’s Rivaz.  In many ways, we have come full circle.  Vol au Vent was the very first entrée we served 23 years ago, and it has remained a customer favorite ever since.

Today is a special day, marking both the end of an era at Andres Rivaz and the beginning of our retirement.  You have been instrumental in the success of our business.  Together, we have created countless wonderful memories, and we hope you carry them with you into the future, just as we will.

The Andre’s tradition continues where it all began 70 years ago, at 5018 Main, Kansas City, Missouri.  We thank you sincerely for your support and loyalty over the past 23 years.
