Vol au Vent Diced chicken breast and mushrooms in a seasoned bechamel sauce (in a puff pastry shell - tearoom service) or (over rice to go service) served with buttered green beans and your choice of 1 side Lasagna Blend of Italian Sauce and ground beef layered between four layers of pasta served with your choice of 2 sides Shrimp Entrée Salad Grilled shrimp served on a bed of romaine lettuce, mixed greens, red onions, black olives, tomatoes, artichoke hearts and a hard-boiled egg with a side of Andre’s salad dressing. Vol au Vent was the very first entrée we served 23 years ago, and it has remained a customer favorite ever since. Today is a special day, marking both the end of an era at Andres Rivaz and the beginning of our retirement. You have been instrumental in the success of our business. Together, we have created countless wonderful memories, and we hope you carry them with you into the future, just as we will.
