INGREDIENTS:
Dark Chocolate (Cocoa Beans, Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Sunflower Lecithin, Madagascar Vanilla), Cream (Milk), Grand Mariner, Eggs, Almonds, Sugar, Wheat Flour, Honey, Orange Peel, Spices.

This confection is created by first making a thin yet rich almond cake (or almond roulade), a mixture of which includes choppings of our house-candied orange peel, honey and spices. The cake batter is spread onto sheets and pulled with a sled flat, then baked to a light golden brown. Once cooled, each side is coated with a Grand Marnier infused dark chocolate ganache then left to sit for several hours. Once the ganache is set up, each side is coated with a mixture of chocolate and cocoa butter to create a thin shell so that the confection can be cut into squares. Once cut, the squares are then enrobed in our 60% signature dark chocolate twice before receiving a kiss of gold luster dust.
