In Switzerland it’s called “Franzosische Salatsauce”, or French Salad Sauce. 

Different than the American version of French dressing, this creamy vinaigrette, created by founder Elsbeth Bollier, is a staple in André's' salads served in our tea room and café. It's made our carrot salad famous. It's also a popular marinade or addition to recipes such as guacamole.

INGREDIENTS: Canola Oil, Cider Vinegar, Onion, Mustard, Egg Yolk, White Wine, Garlic, Spices, Liquid Aminos.

Made in a facility with flour, nuts and milk.
