This premium 64% dark chocolate is produced using Criollo cocao beans, a rare delicacy, sourced from a fair-trade plantation in Sambirano, Madagascar. The single source beans allow you to taste the distinct fruity flavor created by the climate, soil, and Criollo cocao trees of the region. 

Tasting notes: forest berries, plum, and orange blossom, topped with coffee, cinnamon, roasted hazelnuts, and a hint of cedar and clove, leading to a long-lasting, harmonious finish.
