A collaboration with our friends at Green Dirt Farm, a local cheese maker, using their award-winning, alpine style, Prairie Tomme cheese.

The rustic, mountain style cheese is a handcrafted, hard sheep cheese with notes of caramel, roasted nuts, and flowers. 

Blended with blanched cubed potatoes, caramelized onions & roasted apples, the quiche has an incredible savory and sweet flavor profile.

Inspired by the beloved, traditional Swiss dish Älplermagronen using key ingredients that were available to herdsmen keeping an eye on their cows grazing on the Alpine pastures, it's a hearty dish perfect to warm up to during the cold of winter.

The creation is a decadent meal, perfect for any time of day (breakfast, lunch or dinner). Store in the fridge or save in the freezer for last-minute meal plans.

INGREDIENTS:
Prairie Tomme Cheese, Milk, Eggs, Cream, Flour, Butter, Potatoes, Onions, Apples, Garlic, Spices. 

Contains milk, eggs and flour.
Made in a facility with nuts. No soy.
No preservatives. Enjoy shortly after purchase.

STORAGE: 
Refrigerate up to 1 week or freeze up to 3 months.

REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS:  
Return to room temperature. Preheat oven and heat at 350 degrees for 18-20 minutes. 

WINE PAIRING:
A high quality Chablis, unoaked Chardonnay or red Burgundy
